Tango Work Order Interface to EAM (CMMS) System

Description

Tango contains equipment condition information derived from multiple sources.  The Tango Integrated Condition Report contains the identification of all equipment locations with condition problems.  From this list, the maintenance planners and reliability personnel need to decide which equipment receives a work order and automatically move problem details from Tango to the CMMS work order.  From the CMMS Tango needs notification of the work order number and status.

Information contained in Tango which needs to pass to the CMMS work order form:`````````

  1. Equipment Identification - CMMS locations identification number.
  2. Condition Entry ID – Tango ID number which identifies the condition entry.
  3. Technology – Technology which identified the problem.
  4. Origination – Person generating the work order.
  5. Severity – Ranking assigned by the analyst which defines the priority of the problem.
  6. Fault Identification – Item or items picked from a list of fault descriptions by analyst which describe the problem.
  7. Recommendations – the analyst’s text describing what should be done to correct problem.
  8. Comments – Additional information which supports the recommendation.
  9. Linked Documents – Supplemental documents such as photographs, reports or data screen captures which support the condition entry.
