Getting Started

Getting started with Tango Web Service usually occurs in several steps:

1

Gain basic product knowledge and investigate function vs. need:  Please view our brochures and product introduction videos. You are welcome to call our office or email us with questions.

2

Introduce your evaluation team to Tango Web Service:                       We can conduct a live demonstration for your evaluation team via the Internet, where team members use actual Tango Web Browser tools to retrieve reliability information from a demo database.

3

Evaluate usability for your plant                                                                    We will set-up a Tango database for a section of your plant, using an import from your CMMS or other source.  Your team can test-drive the web service at no charge for up to 3 months to track and communicate your plant’s reliability information

4

Request a quotation:                                                                                         This will define the Tango modules you need, estimated cost for implementation services, and monthly subscription fee.

5

Plan your implementation of Tango Web Service:                                     This is typically done during a plant visit by a 24/7 systems Sales Consultant, to confirm buy-in from the plant evaluating team, discuss customized needs, and set the implementation schedule.  (Please see the implementation presentations in Tango Support)

6

1        Issue purchase order and begin implementation:                                      In most cases your Tango Web Service can be fully setup from import files and online within  days of receiving a purchase order.
