Add or Remove Lookup Value Options Visible to User: System administrators can add or remove visible options for the lookup values available in the drop lists when equipment is setup or edited in Tango. 

The 'Lookup Values' appear in a drop down “pick from” list when a piece of equipment such as a roll is being added or edited in Tango.  When building a new roll in the database, the user can choose from a variety of options for roll finish, roll length, rotation direction, roll size, roll type, etc.  Each of these categories will display the options in a drop list.  The options in the drop list are defined in the 'Equipment Property Lookup Editor'.   

To view, add and change lookup value options:

1)  Hover mouse over the arrow beside 'Equipment Tracking'.

2)  In the menu box, left click 'Lookup Values'.

3)  Under 'Equipment Property Lookup Editor', left click the drop arrow and select the equipment property type from the list.  *Not all equipment property types will have associated look up values.

4)  Left click 'Edit' beside the property lookup value name.

5)  'Edit' the property lookup value name or description as needed in the respective user input boxes.

6)  Left click 'Update' to finalize the change.

To add 'Lookup Value' options:

1)  Enter the new 'Property Lookup Value' name and description in the user input boxes under 'Add New Equipment Property Lookup Value'.

2)  Left click 'Add' to finalize.  The new value will appear in the 'Equipment Property Lookup Editor' list for the specified property.
