This video demonstrates how Rounds Logger maybe used to improve data collection from routine plant inspections.  Condition Problems found during the inspections are entered into a single report along with entries from predicative maintenance technologies.

Every plant needs to gather process, performance, visual observations or test data on equipment.  This data is often maintained on paper or in an Excel spreadsheet.  Tango allows the plant to maintain and integrate this information with its other equipment condition information.  Tango also provides alarms on collected data or out of bound observations.  Once a collected route is uploaded, Tango provides a report of results and the ability to create a condition entry for any alarm point.  Once a condition entry is created from rounds data, the event is treated like any other condition event.  Tango works with Windows CE type PDA units.  If a user's chosen PDA is not on our list of previously interfaced units, the use may send a PDA to 24/7 Systems to ensure proper operation.  Benefits: Collect process, gauge and numeric information into a handheld PDA for alarm and trending Collect route based observations with a specified results list. Load an assessment task into a PDA for field entry of measurement results. Results can be tracked over time for each component location with a trend (data) or list (observations) Alarms create a list for further analysis and creation of a condition entry.
